Objective:

The underlying premise of enterprise risk management is that every entity exists to provide value for its stakeholder and business. All entities face uncertainty and the challenge for management is to determine how much uncertainty to accept as it strives to grow stakeholder value. Uncertainty present both risk and opportunity, with the potential erode or enhance value. Enterprise risk management enables management to effectively deal with uncertainty and associated risk and opportunity, enhancing the capacity to build value. Participants will learn the 4 types of business strategies and risks associated to them including the methodology to identify, assessment, manage and measure risk in both management level and operation level. This course is designed to hand on by lecture and workshop case study.
